Engages Uganda With Bible Truth

Humphrey Kutosi is a fisherman, but well, not the kind that you are used to. He specializes in human fish. He fishes in Kampala from the waters of Ntinda and Makerere University under Petra Reformed Baptist Church, where he is a member. He blogs often and is also the author of Faith on Trial: Why We Still Die for Christ.
Kutosi struggles with an addiction—his wife Diana. If he is not talking about Jesus, he is talking about her. They met in 2023 in Kenya while he was doing an internship with African Christian Outreach. Since then he has never recovered, and has vowed in holy matrimony never to. They are committed to building a big family with too many kids—God willing! Pray for them.

Kutosi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Makerere University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Theological Studies (MTS) at NationsUniversity. When he is not reading or writing, he is somewhere playing Monopoly (it used to be chess, but he claims chess is hard).

Faith on Trial
Faith on Trial is a book written in defense of the Christian faith. The Christian faith was sown in blood in Uganda. While persecution is now less prevalent, that is not the case for those few that have suffered it. To them, it is not a statistic to wave aside but a cruel reality they have had to endure. I have been one of them.
This book is dedicated to them. It explores their stories alongside those of their fellow sufferers and martyrs worldwide, arguing that their faith is not a collection of wishful tales woven from the imaginations of men but a faith supported by compelling evidence. In this book, Kutosi argues from science, history, philosophy and most importantly, Scripture, why this faith is worth dying for.
